  • Structural bridge or tunnel repairs.
  • Utility installation or diversion works.
  • Works requiring specialist geotechnical investigation.
  • Projects in areas subject to active landslide or subsidence risk.
  • Asphalt laying during sustained rainfall or below-freezing temperatures.
  • Projects requiring environmental impact assessment (UVP).
  • Works within active flood protection zones without special permit.
