The following situations and scenarios are outside the scope of our standard services:
- Works on private land without written owner consent.
- Structural bridge or tunnel repairs.
- Utility installation or diversion works.
- Works requiring specialist geotechnical investigation.
- Projects in areas subject to active landslide or subsidence risk.
- Asphalt laying during sustained rainfall or below-freezing temperatures.
- Projects requiring environmental impact assessment (UVP).
- Works within active flood protection zones without special permit.
